Chapter 5

"AAACHOOOOO!  Oh, sorry about that.  I would offer you a handkerchief if I had one.  Oh, you have stuff in your hair - right there.  You might want to clean that up.  Now, where was I?  Oh, yes."

"I was pulled away from my beloved Bill for four days by old Lard Butt.  I had to take him out looking for those nasty black things that we had talked to on our way home.  Luckily we found no sign of them, other than a few of their robes.  I had to wonder if they had gone skinny dipping and forgotten to get dressed again."

"Bill was happy to see me.  He bade me to follow him quickly, as there was something he knew I would not want to miss.  He led me to a small clearing behind the house and then stopped.  We quietly looked between the trees, and I was utterly shocked by what I was witnessing."

"My Erestor was standing in the clearing, dressed in leather pants, thigh high boots and wielding a riding crop.  Haldir was on his hands and knees before him, his mouth upon my elf, who was busy yelling at him about his responsibilities as a husband. Erestor seemed particularly upset about Haldir's not-so-secret encounter in the stables with Elrond and kept repeating that he hoped this would teach his husband to never dally with his lord again."

"But the most shocking part of the scene was the identity of the person behind my elf's husband.  Haldir was being ridden by someone that I had never thought to see anywhere near Erestor's mate.  Gandalf the Grey was pounding into the backside of the elf before him, and instead of the punishment that Erestor intended, I do believe the slut was enjoying himself.  His mouth was filled with Erestor and his bum with Gandalf, and if his body's reaction was any indication, he was ready to blow."

"Needless to say, I was shocked.  Never before had I witnessed this side to my beloved Erestor and I found myself highly excited.  I turned slightly and lifted my tail in invitation to Bill.  It was a request he responded to happily and we were soon engrossed in our own pleasure, the activities in the meadow completely forgotten, as was any need for silence."

"Bill rode me long and hard.  His relentless thrusts stuck a cord deep within me and I screamed out my completion, soon followed by his own loud shout.  As we came out of our haze of passion, we realized that the threesome in the meadow was looking at us in complete shock.  I wondered why; after all, they had been doing the same thing.  Elves can be quite peculiar at times."

"Bill had been informed that he would be accompanying the Fellowship on their journey, and we spent the rest of the month in a state of denial.  The stupid, fat hobbit, Sam, seemed to think that Bill would feel left out if they did not take him along.  I am here to tell you that Bill did not want to go; he wanted to stay here with me."

"We spent idyllic days sharing pleasure with each other, along with our hopes and dreams for the future.  We did our best to pretend that he would not be leaving, but our days together were numbered. It was only a matter of time before we would be parted."

"When the date of departure was announced, Bill and I took our last days together and hid.  We went to a small clearing that had a stream and plenty of green grass.  Never were we more than a few feet apart.  He rode me.  I rode him.  We ate.  We slept.  But more importantly, we were together.  I wanted nothing more than to spend the rest of my life with him, but it did not seem to be our fate."

"On the day that the Fellowship departed, I watched with tears in my eyes, as my beautiful Bill left me.  I slowly plodded back to my stall and stood with my nose in the corner, refusing food and water, my heart crying for my beloved.  Lard Butt was beside himself trying to comfort me, but it was no use.  No longer did I have the desire to run in the fields.  No longer did I proudly carrying myself when we reviewed the troops.  I cared not."

"I was not alone in my mourning.  My beloved Erestor was also heart sore.  The day before the Fellowship left, Haldir and his brothers made their way home to the Golden Woods. Erestor spent much time in my stall, speaking of his husband and his yearning to have him close.  That some of his anguish was because he was certain his husband was getting some, whereas he was not, was something I chose to ignore.  After all, my beloved elf knew the same pain that I did."

"Then one day something incredible happened.  I was in the meadow, my heart crying out for my lost love.  I looked up and saw Erestor approaching, an apple held in his hand.  Our eyes met, and I realized that he, not Bill, was the true love of my life.  His face lit up with the same knowledge, and we started running towards one another.  He had his arms outstretched towards me.  I ran faster than I ever had before in my life, yet it seemed to take hours to reach him, as if we were running through a fog.  The only thing that I could see clearly, the only thing that seemed to be in focus, was the dark, haunting beauty of Erestor."

"Between my teeth, being careful not to crush its fragile beauty, I gently carried a red rose, a gift of love for my beloved elf.  The closer we came to each other, the brighter the love in his eyes gleamed."

"When we were but a few feet apart, suddenly, it happened.  Someone dropped a hammer, and I awoke.  My heart bled as I realized that none of it had happened.  I was alone.  Erestor was alone.  We would never be together.  My only hope was that Bill would be returned to me someday, that we would be as one again.  With an intense pain in my soul, I sobbed out my despair on the only shoulder available, that of my master, my friend, my Lard Butt."
